A two-storey office of the luxury real estate company Engel&Voelkers (260 sq.m.) in the minimalist style with neoclassical elements on the Krestovsky Island of St. Petersburg. Initially, the office of a construction company was located in this room, the interior resembled an explosion from the 90s. The office was with numerous violations, some of the premises were residential according to the documents. Therefore, one of the main tasks was to separate commercial and residential premises. From the old interior, it was decided to leave only the glass staircase to the 2nd floor The task was to accommodate as many jobs as possible, provide 2 offices for managing partners and arrange 3 meeting rooms of varying degrees of privacy.
