By order of a young couple from St. Petersburg, lovers of minimalism and modern trends, the GSK team designed minimalistic apartments of 87 sq.m with technological and advanced stuffing. The main task was to create a stylish, open space, with organically integrated gadgets and technical innovations. The Avatar Business Class Apart-Hotel is located on Petrovsky Island in St. Petersburg. The complex is an 8-storey building with comfortable apartments with a good view of the park and Petrovsky Pond.
